Please have the I.D. of the person who's credit card or Paypal was used cause we will have a list at the door with their name on it. You may also bring in the printed internet page confirming you bought the ticket online. The shipping charge of .50 is just to cover the credit card/Paypal fee.

This is the fourth reprint of the album and we needed them in a hurry to be ready for a tour so this order was done with the cd in a sleeve to expedite the order. When these are gone, we will likely go back to the 6 panel digipak cover. Just to be clear: the cd is the same - the cover is just a sleeve.
